Cirebon//suaraglobal.id Selasa (4/4/2023). Seorang pasien di Rumah Sakit Gunungjati Kota Cirebon telah meninggal dunia akibat di Duga Kelalaian dalam tindakan medis di ruang picu Rumah sakit Gunungjati kota Cirebon
Suasana duka menyelimuti rumah duka pasien yang meninggal dunia yang bernama Fayyad Al Ghazy Adhena Zebada di daerah Jabang bayi Rt 002/Rw 009 Derajat Kesambi Kota Cirebon, Pasien masuk Rumah sakit Gunung jati kamis (23/3/2023).
Setelah dirawat beberapa hari di Rumah Sakit Gunungjati akhirnya pasien tersebut telah meninggal dunia hari Senin (27/3/2023). dan Jenazahnya pasien langsung dibawa pulang dari Rumah Sakit Gunungjati sekitar pukul 23.50 WIB.
Menurut keterangan dari salah satu kepengurusan Forum Mahasiswa Pemuda Peduli Lingkungan (FMPPL) Deden Iskandar, saat di konfirmasi awak media Suaraglobal.id. menjelaskan atas meninggalnya pasien tersebut kami menduga adanya kesalahan fasilitas Alat picunya
“Kami menduga adanya kesalahan pada fasilitas alat Picunya, jadi salah tindakan medis, Nah yang kami tanyakan apakah sudah di Kalbirasi atau Metrologi ulang apa blom, karna pihak Rumah sakit tidak menanggapinya saat Tim kami mempertanyakanya. Makanya kami atas nama Forum Mahasiswa Pemuda Peduli Lingkungan (FMPPL) sudah melayangkan surat kepada DIRUT Rumah sakit Gunungjati kota Cirebon Hari senin kemarin (3/4/2023)”, ujar Deden Iskandar saat di konfirmasi lewat telepon selurar by Chat Whatsap.
Deden Iskandar juga mengatakan berdasarkan hasil investigasi dan evaluasi Forum Mahasiswa Pemuda Peduli Lingkungan (FMPPL), Sehubungan dengan adanya Dugaan kelalaian dalam tindakan medis di ruang picu Rumah Sakit Gunungjati kota Cirebon.
Maka kami atas nama Forum Pemuda Peduli Lingkungan (FMPPL) Meminta ke DIRUT Rumah Sakit Gunungjati Kota Cirebon untuk Klarifikasi perihal tersebut diatas, apa bila tidak di respon kami akan menindak lanjutinya sesuai peraturan per undang-undangan yang berlaku di Negara kesatuan republik indonesia”, tegas Deden iskandar pula.
